How we use cookies

To analyze our website, we use the open source web analytics service Matomo (formerly PIWIK). The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Matomo uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of our website, in particular from which internet page you came to our website (so-called referrer), which sub-page you access or how often and for how long you view a sub-page. Matomo uses cookies for this purpose (for cookies, see already above). The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before storage. Processing of personal data enables us to analyze the surfing behavior of our users. By evaluating the data, we are able to continuously improve our website and its user-friendliness. In these purposes also lies our legitimate interest in processing the data according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. By anonymizing the IP address, the interest of users in their personal data protection is sufficiently taken into account.

The software runs exclusively on the servers of our website. A storage of the personal data of the users takes place only there. The data is not passed on to third parties. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. If you do not agree to the storage and use of your data, you can deactivate the storage and use. In this case, an opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser, which prevents Matomo from storing usage data. If you delete your cookies, this will have the effect that the Matomo opt-out cookie will also be deleted. The opt-out must be reactivated when you visit our site again.
