Our metalworking division specializes in processing tubes made of various materials, including laser cutting and bending of complex welded geometries. We manufacture everything from individual raw parts to finished end products, producing over 2.3 million finished parts per year.

We cut tubes with diameters up to 152 millimeters using fully automated tube laser cutting systems with CO₂ and fiber technology. For steel, we can cut wall thicknesses up to eight millimeters; for stainless steel, up to five millimeters; and for aluminum, up to four millimeters. We bend tubes using a fully electric CNC tube bending machine equipped with a robot. Here, we process tubes with diameters up to 40 millimeters and lengths up to 2,500 millimeters. Up to three different radii per component are possible. We weld both using a welding robot with state-of-the-art CMT technology for low-spatter production and manually at ergonomically designed MAG manual welding stations for small series and prototypes.
