As soon as a customer’s order is received, an order is generated fully automatically for our assembly lines using digital EDI systems. The AI (artificial intelligence) automatically triggers the upstream processes all the way through to final assembly.

To ensure that all workflows run smoothly and seamlessly, our logistics system transports all materials to the right place at the right time: directly to the supply areas of the assembly lines.

Using our (partially) automated production lines, components are assembled in a defined sequence, resulting in finished mirror systems as the final product.

Production is sensibly structured according to LEAN methods, allowing individual components to be manufactured using a targeted “one-piece flow.”

Before our mirror systems are delivered to our customers, they undergo various high-end quality checks and are tested, among other things, for complete component inventory and safety while monitoring individual functions.

The software used in this context meets high technical standards and helps ensure that we can deliver products of outstanding quality to our customers. Through our continuous process optimizations, we ensure optimal availability of our equipment.

The manufacturing of mirror systems is carried out by our highly qualified and highly motivated employees, who work every day to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting the necessary customer requirements.
