In addition to many years of experience in injection molding, a high degree of vertical integration, and a broad range of applications, MEKRA Lang boasts a machine park that reflects the latest technological advancements.

Thanks to these technical capabilities and the use of various raw materials, we manufacture high-quality plastic parts for a wide variety of vision solutions featuring mirror and camera-monitor systems. Our high level of standardization and continuously growing degree of automation reduces setup times, increases productivity, and leads to high manufacturing efficiency.

We have 60 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 400 to 13,000 kilonewtons and shot weights up to 6,200 g. In 2021, material consumption totaled approximately 5,200 tons of thermoplastic granulate.

We currently use 55 different types of granules, such as ABS, polyamides, and polypropylene, in the colors white, black, gray, and natural. From these, we produced over 38.8 million parts in 2021. In manufacturing, we also employ special processes such as friction welding, internal water pressure, and tandem molds (among others). We ensure our commitment to consistently delivering the highest quality and guaranteeing a smooth production process through regular inspections, evaluations, and internal departmental tool and machine maintenance.
